1. English Support and Interpretation Services at the Kokurakita Ward Office:
The Kokurakita Ward Office offers information services on daily life and counseling in English, Chinese, and Korean at the counters for Free Interpretation Services for Foreigners.
2. Service Days:
Every Wednesday* from 12:30 – 15:30 (except for New Year’s Holiday and national holidays)
3. Service Fees:
Services are FREE of charge.
4. Appointments:
You do not need an appointment to use the services.
5. Other:
Free administrative interpreters can be dispatched within Kitakyushu to the City Hall, each of the Ward Offices, school and child consultation centers, and other municipal facilities.
Please apply over 1 week in advance for this service.
